Includes resource coordination, connect with attorney or P.O., medical clinic, free clothing and personal care items, special events designed for individuals impacted by the criminal legal system, obtain an ID, find work, mail sign up/ a pre-release mailing service, expungements, emergency shelter. Attorneys and prison social workers/discharge planners are welcome to apply in advance for clients with expected release dates in the next four months.
