Provides a safe, nurturing environment for parents/caregivers to engage and interact with their children to foster positive early childhood development. The Center provides education to parents and caregivers about the stages of childhood development, the importance of meaningful play and interaction, assessment of development, referral to necessary community resources, health information and networking among families.
