Intake Procedure: Referral by a social service organization, government agency, school or community group; Call for donation requirements or complete a referral by going to the website. Clients can self-refer one time.
Intake Requirements: Referral required. For caseworkers: Contact the Perfect Fit to be added to their list of referral partners and to receive information on how to refer participants to their program. For clients: Contact the Perfect Fit and they will connect individuals with one of their referral partners.
