Provides free primary, acute, and behavioral health care to people without insurance or those with insurance but do not have access to care. Offers prescription assistance to registered patients.

  • Must meet Federal Poverty Guidelines at 200%
  • Residents of Lebanon County for at least 90 days
Hours: Administrative Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm
Clinic: Hours irregular -based on provider availability; Closed Friday through Sunday
