Eligible participants may also qualify for a Home Buyer Loan for closing costs:
- CHB Loans at 0% interest with no monthly payments
- Repayment is due on sale or refinancing of the home or if the home is no longer the buyer's primary residence
- Funds are subject to availability
- Program requirements are
