Assists with the following bills: medical (physician verified), prescriptions (must receive fax from doctor's office verifying prescription), electric (no CAP recipients), gas (no CAP recipients), water, local phone bill payment/connection (up to $20), and bus passes/gas vouchers (employment or medical purposes).

Intake Procedure: Call for appointment.
Intake Requirements: On the day of appointment, need two forms of identification, paperwork related to invoice; must be employed and have valid car insurance for gas voucher. Eligible clients may receive financial assistance once every 90 days. Bills cannot exceed $200.00 and the bill cannot be a shut off notice.
