Works with families to establish and enforce support obligations for children and spouses.
Assists in opening new cases involving paternity establishment and child and/or spousal support. Enforces those orders, collects and disburses support payments. If someone is not sure that he is the biological father of a child, the Court will order genetic testing. Attempts to locate absent parents.

Intake Requirements: Complete paper work for filing a case. To open a new case, visit the office in person.
