Individualized meal planning, Medication counseling, Exercise recommendations, Education and instruction on: home glucose monitoring; preventing eye, kidney, and foot complications; recognizing and treating low blood sugar reactions; nutrition for obesity and related disorders; diabetes and pregnancy; and lifestyle changes, Nutrition counseling with a registered dietician, Medical nutrition therapy with a registered dietician.
