Center for Emergency Resources (CERAH) - Center for Emergency Resources at Ann's Heart (CERAH)
Serves as a hub of critical resources for persons at risk of or experiencing homelessness in the Phoenixville area. Resources include showers; drop-in case management (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday); and drop-in mental health and wellness counseling (Thursday).

Also serves as a Code Red Daytime Emergency Cooling Center when the temperature reaches or exceeds 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

Eligibility: Persons at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Phoenixville Borough, East Pikeland Township, Mont Clare, and Schuykill Township
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm
Wednesday, 5:30pm to 9:00pm
Closed on Sunday and holidays.
