Provides information on Home Delivered Meals, In-Home Services, Personal Emergency Response Systems, Senior Housing, Transportation, Adult Daycare, Prime Time Health, Caregiver Support, Insurance counseling, PACE, Tax/Rent rebates, Senior centers, Volunteer Opportunities, Protective Services, Nursing Home Transition, Level of Care Assessments, Medicaid Waiver program, or any other issues of concern to senior citizens.

Eligibility: Most programs are provided to those who are 60 years of age or older. Programs are also available to individuals needing Protective Services, those who need Level of Care assessments, or those in need of insurance information that receive Disability or Medicare.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Protective Services on call 24/7
