Accepts men and women volunteers for the Real Talk With Men Who Care and the Real Talk With Women Who Care mentoring programs which engage with youth and youth adults ages 5 to 34. Interested persons undergo a vetting process, and those who pass receive mentor training, including shadowing experienced mentors.
