Eligibility: Any Lebanon County resident, age 18 and over may be eligible for urgent, walk-in care. The patient will need to show identification and verify that they are uninsured and have low household income and complete an income self-certification.
Hours: Monday through Wednesday 9:00am to 3:00pm
