Roman Catholic Diocese of Erie
Saint Mark Catholic Center - Rainbows
Designed to assist children, adolescents and adults who are grieving a death, divorce, separation or experiencing any other painful transition in their family in recovering from their loss. There are 12 sessions facilitated by trained volunteers that meet once a week for approximately 60 minutes and are divided into 6-week semesters. Children in the same age bracket come together in their small groups to discuss various topics in relation to the change in their family unit (i.e., self, trust, anger, family, God, etc.) At the end of the program, parents are invited to the closing celebration - ``Celebrate Me Day''.
