Provides emergency assistance for individuals and families in crisis seeking help for basic living needs. Includes referrals made for assistance types not offered. May also offer seasonal assistance, such as Back-to-School and Project Bundle-Up when funds are available.

Eligibility: Financially struggling individuals and families in crisis. Each service has different financial elgibility requirements. Must reside in Meadville, Guys Mills, or Richmond Township.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (Closed 12:00pm to 1:00pm for Lunch)
