Processes claims for and administers VA benefits, including: disability compensation, pension, home loan guaranty, life insurance, education, vocational training for disabled veterans, burial allowance, and survivor's compensation, pension, education and referrals to other service providers. Provides information and assistance concerning benefits eligibility and application procedures. Makes referrals, when necessary, to other VA facilities, such as medical centers and national cemeteries.

Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 2:00pm
Benefits Phone Service: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Insurance Phone Service: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, 24 hr Automated response
