Family Promise Day Center - Homelessness Prevention Services
Assists individuals/families with maintaining their home in the face of possible homelessness through a rental match program, budgeting help and help working with landlords. Program provides case management as well as the following classes:
Money Management,
Life Skills, Parenting, co-dependency training,
Resume preparation
, Financial match program.

Eligibility: Families who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless. Families must have a child under the age of 18, no active drug and alcohol issues, no active domestic violence issues, no current criminal activity and no serious untreated mental health issues.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Procedure: Referrals accepted from coordinated entry, local social services, and self-referrals.
Intake Requirements: Initial phone screening; in-person interview with case manager; 24-hour wait once accepted.
