Provides supportive housing and related services to improve the health of homeless people living with HIV. Provides representative payee services to individuals who experience housing instability but may not need the additional supports of the housing program. Additional service includes medical transportation, advocacy, empowerment counseling, life skills training, document procurement, housing procurement, nutrition assistance and various other supports.
Eligibility: Individuals who are HIV positive.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
