Provides the education and resources for persons to secure CDL-A driver’s licenses, including 8-10 weeks of mandatory instruction. Offers classes on a monthly basis. Also offers intensive case management support to all students in an effort to remediate barriers that may negatively impact graduation success and prevent family crisis situations.

Provides human and social services relating to an individuals’ basic needs and addressing the barriers to succeeding upon reentering the community following their release from jail.

Intent of this program is to bridge an unusual financial crisis that disrupts employment due to lack of transportation. IHS supports vehicle repair costs from an automotive garage and/or itemized cost of parts for the do-it-yourselfer. If approved, IHS payments will be made to the repair garage or the parts shop.

Regency Square Site Services include: Eye tests, computerized permit testing stations, a camera for photo-licenses and parking for persons taking the road test. All driving tests are given on the roads in the vicinity of the test site. Tests can be scheduled by calling during normal business hours. Photo ID cards are also available on a walk-in basis. 4 year driver license and photo ID may be renewed via mail or online at pa.gov. Driver license and Photo ID must be renewed every four years by mail. Senior citizens have the option of renewing every two years.
