Alzheimers Caregivers Support Group is a social group for families as they attempt to handle the challenges presented them after a diagnosis. Provides opportunities for social events as well as education and information-sharing. Members are referred by the Visiting Nurses Association, local rehabilitation centers, local hospitals, and from other participants.

First Connection-This "peer-to-peer" telephone support program links patients and their family members with a trained peer volunteer who has successfully met the challenges of leukemia, Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma or myeloma. The First Connection Program brings patients and their families the opportunity to share experiences with someone who has "been through it" and obtain valuable information on LLS and community resources available.

The Trish Green Back to School Program for Children with Canc

Helps to lessen the burden on caregivers by providing information, assistance, caregiver training, respite care assistance, and supplemental services.

Offers information, support and advocacy to people affected by frontotemporal degeneration (FTD) and their caregivers. Provides a helpline. Organizes Zoom and phone support groups for particular types of FTD and for the main challenges for caregivers (behavior, language, grief, and other young children). Offers Comstock Grants to full-time family FTD caregivers and persons living with FTD.

The program also offers education, training, counseling, and more.
