Dental Referral Program works with clients to refer them to dental resources such as community or school based clinics and private providers for residents that are uninsured or have limited income. Coordinator also assist families to apply for CHIP and medical assistance programs.

Provides a medicare counseling program designed to help older adults. The PA MEDI program is a State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) funded in whole or part by a grant through the Administration for Community Living.

Provides residential

Individual and Group Therapy for individuals with substance use disorder.
Vocational Services include vocational assessment, job readiness, job placement.
Educational Services include GED preparation, literacy and basic education referrals.
Healthcare Services include medical and dental referrals and general health education, especially HIV/AIDS awareness and support.
Psychological Services include the use of our Medical Consultant to evaluate, monitor, and manage psychiatric behaviors.
Economic Services include budgeting, credit restoration, housing assistance, income support.
Recreation/Social Services include fitness, games, peer interactions.

Provides a referral service to Dentists in the Harrisburg area

Provides preventative care, basic restorative procedures, and emergency services to qualifying children and adults. Required treatment is always covered for children, while scope of care is more limited for adults.

Provides comprehensive preventive dental hygiene services administered by students within the Dental Hygiene degree program. All treatment procedures are supervised by licensed dentists and dental hygienists.

NSC's Health and Wellness Program helps refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers and victims of torture connect with needed case management, health care, mental health care, and wellness support. We offer an integrated model of care, matching clients with needed case management, health care, mental health care and wellness support.

Provides emergency assistance for financially struggling individuals and families in crisis seeking assistance for such things as food, clothing, shelter, rent, household utility expenses and similar miscellaneous living needs.
