    Clinton County Early Intervention - Preschool Program of Child Development
    Provides preschool special education services for children ages 3 until they enter kindergarten. Children are screened and evaluated so that those identified can receive services in the best placement for them, whether it is at home, a caregiver's house, a preschool, or specialized preschool. If it is determined that the child would benefit from a structured preschool classroom, they arrange for placement in one of the contracted classrooms at the Infant Development Program in Clinton County.
