Supportive Housing Management Services
Manages housing for people with physical and mental disabilities, senior housing, and section 8 housing; to help them pursue more stable, productive, and independent lives. The amount and type of supportive programs vary in accordance with the population being served. Residents of the agency's senior citizen developments participate in socialization and recreational activities and many also receive case management services. Residents with mental disabilities are linked to mental health services including individual counseling, group therapy, support groups, vocational training, and social rehabilitation. The service for persons with physical disabilities include personal care assistance, peer counseling, ACCESS transit, and special recreational activities.
