School to Work Services - School to Work Transition Services
Provides school to adult life transition services for youth with intellectual disabilities or autism. Offers opportunities for the clients to explore their interests and identify strengths and preferences. Includes instructional work classes, vocational assessments, community tours, volunteer opportunities, and paid work experiences.
