School to Work Services - Community Supports
Provides aid to clients to gain, maintain, and improve skills that allow them to live and participate in their local community. These skills include self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills as defined by an Individual Support Plan. Activities can range from teaching how to safely utilize public transportation or learning to cook to volunteering in community programs.
