Offers twelve-week paid training program designed to support adults who have been out of the workforce or who experience barriers to employment to find and maintain stable, higher than entry-level positions in the food service industry.

Provides wraparound services for students, including case management, life skills classes, and referrals for supplemental services such as transportation and uniforms.

Fee Amounts: Service offers PAID TRAINING. There is no fee to apply.
Intake Procedure: Call for information and to sign up to attend an open house.
Intake Requirements: Application (provided at Open House) and interview. Proof of identity, age, and eligibility to work in the US.
Geographical Area: Serves Allegheny County. Located in Hazelwood.
Helpful Tips: Open Houses are held twice a month, on Wednesdays.

This is a licensed Culinary Training diploma program that offers credits that are eligible for transfer to Community College of Allegheny County and other programs.
Facility/ADA Access: Facility is accessible, and some accommodations can be made, but participants must be able to navigate a commercial kitchen facility.
