This service includes personal assistance in completing activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as teaching daily living skills needed to be more independent and active in the community. The goal of Day Habilitation is to improve participant's independence and ability to do things on his or her own by providing training such as learning to prepare a meal, money and time management, and communication skills while at an adult training facility.
