Provides resources and support to prevent, detect, reduce, or eliminate self-neglect, neglect by a caregiver, or the physical, sexual, or psychological abuse, financial exploitation, or abandonment of older adults.

Eligibility: Serves Westmoreland County residents. Anyone who is the victim of or suspects abuse or neglect may call.

Reports can be made anonymously.
