Eligibility:
Must be a current PHA single-family scattered site resident
- The head of household or an adult over 18 years of age must be
in continuous occupancy for a minimum of one (1) year
- Must be current with rent, utilities (if applicable) and any
other required payments
- Must be in good standing with lease compliance and lease terms
for a continuous period of twelve (12) months immediately preceding
the application
- Must be able to demonstrate a stable, household income of at
least $10,000 annually and the ability to obtain a mortgage
- Must participate in a pre-and post purchase-counseling
program
- Must be able to demonstrate minimum affordability of your unit's appraised value
