Shared Ride Van Service Department - Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP)
Provides shared ride transportation to and from medical providers for individuals on Medicaid. You can also receive mileage reimbursement if you use your own car or have family or friends drive you to a medical provider. Out of county trips have guideline and advanced scheduling requirements that must be followed, call for details.
