Provides information, social work services, and general support that empower individuals with disabilities to live full lives in the community. Also provides client assistance grants once a year, taking requests for certain disability items from Chester County residents with physical disabilities



The program includes:
- Disability Advocacy
- Disability related Information & Referral
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Counseling
- Speakers educating interested groups and organizations in the community
- Computers, free of charge, for clients to access e-mail and the Internet.
