Intake Procedure: To apply for housing and supportive services at Penn Villa, interested applicants need to call Penn Villa directly to request an application. Call either 215-453-5166 or 267-404-5877. At that time, Penn Villa's preference for adults with major mental illness with be discussed with the interested party, and the persons name and address obtained for US mailing of an application. Applicants may complete the application themselves or may have assistance from family or professional supports. Penn Villa's receipt of the application secures the applicant's "place in line" on the application list.

Applicants will not be scheduled for an interview until their name is closer to the top of the list, but they may receive letters checking their continued interest in remaining on the list. When an applicant is contacted to schedule an interview the financial and identification documents which are needed will be reviewed with them.
