Assertive Community Treatment
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) provides community-based psychiatric treatment, outreach, rehabilitation, and support to individuals with severe mental illness who may have co-occurring problems and who may have had multiple psychiatric and substance abuse hospitalizations. This program aims to fulfill needs and achieve goals that have not been met through traditional office-based treatment and rehabilitation services.

The Sellersville team also includes a Forensics Specialist whose primary role is to advocate for individuals as they move through the criminal justice system. The Forensics Specialist also serves as the team's liaison with the judicial system (e.g. police, county corrections, probation and parole officers, etc
