Primary Health Care for Children
Provides primary health care to all family members. VNA accepts Medical Assistance and has reduced fees for the uninsured. The Center follows the "medical home" model of care and serves as a medical home for adults and children who otherwise would not seek health care except on an emergency basis or would find it difficult to receive care.
