Offers the following services to eligible elderly or disabled clients: assistance with personal care and hygiene; homemaker services such as light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation; transportation; respite services; companion services; and case management. Also offers the Senior Health Specialist Program through which registered nurses provide health screenings and counseling, disease management education, nutrition education, and medication review for senior clients.

Fee Amounts: The fees for VNA services are paid through private pay arrangements, entitlement programs such as provider contracts, insurance and foundation and community support. Additional fee sources include CHOICE and Medicaid Waiver.
