The MENTOR Community Residential Rehabilitation Host Home Program provides an array of therapeutic supports and services to vulnerable children and their families, enabling both to be successful in their own lives and within the larger community.Basic services provided for every child include room & board, advice and counseling, medication monitoring and adherence, self-care training, supervision of schoolwork/activities, recreation, involvement in the treatment planning process, treatment plan implementation, and family support.
