In our Lifesharing program, also known as Host Homes, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live in the community of their choice in the private family home of their dedicated Lifesharing providers who we call Mentors.Mentors provide the individuals we serve with:
24-hour home-based monitoring; Medication management oversight; Community integration/structured activities; Life skills development; Activities of daily living management;Transportation; 24/7 on-call support from our team of experts.
