Supportive transitional housing for individuals with substance use disorders. Individuals receive supportive services including recovery support services, educational groups, life skills education, and transportation as they work toward independent living.

Eligibility: Must be: (1) at least 18 years old, (2) have a substance use disorder and be motivated for recovery, (3) have a form of income sufficient to cover housing fee of $600.00/month.

Fee Amounts: There is a one-time $100.00 move in fee. Housing fees are $640.00/month.
Intake Procedure: Individuals complete and submit an application. Interviews are conducted to further assess those who appear to be a good fit for the program. Admission decisions are based on information from the application and interview.
