Licensed psychiatric evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy (individual, family, group) and psycho-education for children 6 years and older, adolescents and adults. Psychiatric outpatient clinic.

Eligibility: Must meet medical necessity criteria for outpatient level of care and meet age limit requirements; i.e. 6 years and older for psychiatric services, 18 years and older for substance abuse treatment services.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm, evening hours by appointment
Saturday, 6:00am to 10:00am, and by appointment
Sunday and Holidays, 8:00am to 9:30am

Intake Procedure: Free screening, walk-in/no appointment necessary Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Initial intake appointment will be scheduled with therapist, followed by appointment for evaluation by program physician to determine eligibility.
Intake Requirements: Valid photo id; drivers license or PA state issued ID card for medication assisted treatment.
