Eligibility: Must meet diagnostic criteria for substance abuse and must meet all federal and state regulatory requirements for those seeking medication assisted treatment.
Hours: Office: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Methadone clinic: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday, 6:00am to 10:00am and by appointment
Sunday and Holidays, 8:00am to 9:30am

Fee Amounts: Fee for service. Private insurance, public funding, HMO or self-pay accepted.
Intake Procedure: Free screening, walk-in/no appointment necessary Monday to Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Initial intake appointment will be scheduled with therapist, followed by appointment for evaluation by program physician to determine eligibility.
Intake Requirements: Valid photo ID; drivers license or PA state issued ID card. Must complete intake assessment that includes physical examination, state and federal mandated laboratory analysis and meet with Medical Director.
