Intake Procedure: Call for an appointment, as well as complete an application for the service you are requesting help with.
Intake Requirements: Complete an application and provide the following documents: -10 day shut off notice -proof of household income -photo ID -Borough of Chambersburg customers ONLY- -provide Project HEAT voucher
Geographical Area: Chambersburg (17201, 17202), Saint Thomas (17252), Scotland (17254), Fayetteville (17222)
Helpful Tips: For assistance with Borough Utility bill, the account holder must call or visit the Borough Office at 100 South Second Street and ask about a "Project Heat voucher" from the customer service desk prior to completing an application
