Provides assistance with the rental fee of a home or apartment. Cannot be used for the weekly rental fee of hotel/motel.

Fee Amounts: Services free of charge
Intake Procedure: Individuals/families must have a referral sent by a housing specialist to receive these services. Once a referral is received, a call, within (3) business working days, will be placed directly to the individual to follow up on the current information and determine if the individual meets the eligibility for services. At that point, an intake appointment is scheduled with the individual.
Intake Requirements: Must provide the following documents:
A) Late Notice from Landlord/Rental Property Manager
B) Signed Lease
C) Proof of income
D) Photo ID
