  • Household income at or below 250% of poverty level
  • Must reside or work in Centre County
  • Must not have insurance on services in which you are applying

Helpful Tips: Breast care is also available through the voucher program. Recipients of the voucher will not recieve a bill for their testing. Patients must call to see if they qualify.
