  • Household income at or below 250% of poverty level
  • Must reside or work in Centre County
  • Must not have insurance on services in which you are applying

Helpful Tips: If a CVIM patient needs an out-patient test (x-ray, ultrasound, MRI) or an out-patient referral, the nurse will schedule the procedure at either the Mount Nittany Medical Center or the Geisinger clinic in Gray’s Woods.
