Springfield - Family and Community Service of Delaware County - Families/Singles - Permanent Supportive Housing
FCSDC partners with the Office of Behavioral Health and the Delaware County Housing Authority to provide housing vouchers to persons experiencing homelessness. Through various housing processes with the Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry, homeless singles and families are identified and referred to FCSDC to identify safe and affordable housing. FCDSC provides intensive case management services to single adults or families with children who have been homeless and are in recovery from mental health and/or substance abuse problems.
