- Be having their first baby
- Must enroll in the Nurse-Family Partnership program by the 28th week of pregnancy.

Intake Procedure:
Referral may be made by another agency, provider, or client may
make self-referral. Intakes are scheduled upon receipt and may be
done by phone or in person, on site or in the home.
Geographical Area:
Chester City, Chester Township, Eddystone, Linwood, Marcus Hook,
Parkside, Trainer, Upland, and Woodlyn
Helpful Tips:
Women are encouraged to enroll as early as possible in their
pregnancy.
