Eligibility:
Pregnant women or women parenting a child under the age of
two
- Women must live in Chester City, Chester Township, Eddystone, Linwood, Marcus Hook, Trainer, Upland, and Woodlyn.

Intake Procedure:
Referral may be made by another agency/provider, or client may make
self-referral. Intakes are scheduled upon receipt and may be done
by phone or in person, on site or in the home.

Participants are eligible for referral to the Housing Opportunities
