Intake Procedure: Call PA 2-1-1 by dialing 2-1-1 to complete the pre-screening for the Dauphin County Coordinated Entry System. Connect with CCU Help Ministries regarding homeless circumstance and request Coordinated Entry Assessment to be added to waiting list for all eligible housing interventions. Call at 717-238-2851.
