Central Office - Upward Bound
Prepares low-income, first generation college-bound students for a four year degree by providing school counseling, tutoring, scholarship application assistance, college tours, workshops and other events. The goal of Upward Bound is to increase the rate at which participants complete secondary education and enroll in and graduate from institutions of post-secondary education. Working collaboratively with Edinboro University of PA and several school districts in Erie County, the program offers services at the students' home schools and on the campus of Edinboro University of PA during the academic year and during a six-week summer session.

Eligibility: 1. Grades 9-12
2. Attend one of the participating schools:Corry High School, Erie High School, Perseus House Charter School of Excellence
3. Parents did not graduate college and/or family income is within 150% of federal poverty guidelines
