Eligibility:
Minimum Guidelines:
" Must live in PA.
" Must be at least 60 years of age.
" Must be a US citizen or legal resident.
" Must be determined to have unmet needs that impact daily functioning.
" Income and asset based
" OPTIONS cost sharing will be determined using a sliding scale.
" The cost sharing fee is based on the countable monthly gross income.
" Income eligibility is based on the previous year's gross income received by the consumer and spouse (if married).
" Finances: Individuals with income 133% or below have NO cost share.
" Must live in PA.

Fee Amounts:
The AAA shall assure that OPTIONS is the payer of last resort and
retain copies of Medicare or other insurance denials before
providing for some of the services. Cost share is determined using
a sliding scale.
Intake Procedure:
Individuals are to call Franklin County Area Agency on Aging for an
intake.
Intake Requirements:
Proof of previous year's gross income must be provided.
