Eligibility:
- Grandparents must be 55 years of age or older
- Grandchildren must be 18 years of age or younger
- Grandparents and grandchild must be related by blood, adoption, or marriage
- Grandparents and grandchild must reside in the same household
- Grandparents must provide majority of care supervision
